They offer a comprehensive range of services, including full MEP system management, monitoring, and regular equipment maintenance.


What was their objective?

Baumer.ge aimed to implement Salesforce Sales Cloud to:

  • Organize and structure their complex B2B sales process (in whole holding structure - many independent entities) for engineering systems (involving products and services across multiple categories like HVAC, electricity, fire safety, etc.).
  • Track leads and opportunities at three levels: company, project, and category, reflecting their internal view of multi-category projects.
  • Enable performance tracking and reporting by team hierarchy (group → head → department lead) with role-based visibility and KPIs.
  • Lay the foundation for lead generation automation, activity tracking, and potential integration with tools like Outlook, PlanRadar, and possibly Slack.
  • Replace a lack of CRM structure (monday.com) with a centralized, scalable platform.

    • Robust sharing settings, permission sets, and role hierarchy ensure data is protected and accessible only to authorized users — fully aligned with Baumer’s internal team structure and confidentiality requirements.

  • Lead & Activity Management
    • Salesforce now supports streamlined lead capture and assignment, along with activity tracking by user, category, and project, allowing for better visibility into daily, weekly, and monthly sales team efforts.
