What was their objective?

The main objective for ARTTIME  to implement Salesforce was to build a structured, centralized CRM system from scratch to support their newly created sales team, replacing unstructured Excel-based processes. Need for a system to manage accounts, leads, opportunities, and pipeline stages. Wanted to haveInsights into BDM performance, sales pipeline stages, and task completion. Also, integrate the CRM calendar with Outlook for full-day task visibility.
